Was established to help you with your Life Fitness.  Since our lives are complicated and often out of balance the coaching provided here is geared to help you with each facet of your life.  Imagine for a moment your life, like a wheel with many spokes.  You are at the center with each spoke being a part of your life being.  For instance, one spoke may be all about your work, another about your relationship/family fitness, then there is your health and body fitness...and so it goes…each spoke playing a huge part in your life health and well being.
